A great budget option. When our family of four arrived, we asked for an additional bed, and they graciously helped out. The host can also help you with arranging tours in the national park, they were able to help us arrange transportation to the coast and the train, and the room was comfortable and cozy. You’re a bit far away from the restaurants and shops of downtown, but we did not mind the walk. Still, you feel a bit far away from things, if you are looking to be more central.

Really close to the train station, staff were very nice and welcoming. They let us check in early in the morning. I would recommend for short stays or to be close to the train station. Bear in mind it’s only cash payment.
We stayed for dews day and the personal were really kind with us. Always smile and good vibes.

Great value and good location in Dong Hoi. Free bicycle rental, good breakfast each morning. Very helpful family, we booked a Phong Nha cave tour with them which was fantastic! We were very lucky with the weather when we visited! They collected us and dropped us back to the train station for a really reasonable price.
The staff were diligent and helpful.
The apartment itself was excellent. Sofas, big bed, and kitchen has induction cooktop.
They have all the utensils for the kitchen.
They have a restaurant downstairs. My son loved the beef steak and I loved the goose meat.
It is right across a park by the sea/river.
