We booked this place as an emergency accommodation when our flight was late & we missed the last ferry to Bequia.
It was extremely last minute, but the owner/manager couldn't have been more helpful in greeting & getting us checked in. They were also very helpful in providing some items we were missing to the travel delays. They also booked us a taxi for next morning to get us to the ferry, which was a big relief. The place is very secure, behind a wall & gates, but a welcome surprise was the pleasant private balcony off the apartment, with beautiful views of the Kingstown hills & bay.

The Waves Villa Guesthouse is located in a very quiet area at the South East coast, 30 minutes from Kingstown but only 5 minutes from the airport. The owners are very friendly and helpful and made us feel home and very welcome from the first moment. They have a beautiful garden with tropical flowers, a pool and some cute tortoises, cats and dogs. The bungalow was very clean and well equipped and we loved the view from the balcony to the sea, especially during sunset. It's amazing. The beds were very soft and comfortable. Kimmo & Claire helped us with everything, especially when our luggage was delayed. (Thanks again for everything!! You were the best hosts ever!) They made everything to let us enjoy our holidays and we even extended our stay there. We would definitely stay there again and can highly recommend this guesthouse!!

The property was very secure and safe, I have travelled to 47 countries and 100s of counties and this was a wild card as it did not have many reviews as it's new on the market, the owner was very nice and checked on us throughout our stay.
The beds were comfortable the fans in room were perfect as it's a very hot country. The plugs sockets were plentiful around the apartment and used English 3 pin sockets. The shower was big and the water pressure was powerful. It had a kettle, microwave a cooker and a fridge. He even supplied us with welcome drinks.
The apartment had super fast WiFi and Netflix which we gave extra brownie points for.
Parking for a car and easy connections to the Town centre minutes walk away.

Beautiful apartment with modern design. Lovely open plan living/kitchen/dining area and huge balcony with great view. Very well stocked kitchen including modern appliances like american fridge freezer and washing machine.
Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and bathrooms were huge and modern. Loads of storage space. Nice views from master suite.
The owner was so helpful and attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

The view is spectacular. The bed's are very comfortable. They have air-conditioning, a laundry room and kitchen with every necessary appliance including a blender. A bus to town is very easy to catch from that location. Two supermarkets are very close by - one walking distance and one a short bus ride.

The apartment was secure, clean, spacious and well equipped (WiFi, Netflix,iron,fans and AC, cooking equipment etc). The view from the balcony was incredible and we were pleasantly surprised at how close the apartment was to town and could be reached by walking (or vans if we were tired!). The washing machine and clothesline allowed us to pack light and save money on our flights. The owner and staff were incredibly quick to respond to queries and pleasant to talk to. We would 100% recommend this accommodation.

It’s was a nice clean comfortable apartment away from home. Complimentary Netflix was a bonus. Wendy and her husband were very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
The location was fantastic, the property was beyond expectation and with a lovely view. The host was very accommodating and assisted us with airport transfers and car rentals. A really special place.
Breakfast in the Loft was freshly prepared and served with a smile . Dinner again in first floor restaurant was very tasty , served again by friendly staff at an enjoyable pace . Had been nearly put off eating here because of poor reviews. Throughout our short stay we had no complaints about food / service . The beds were super comfortable.
If it wasn't for some drawbacks in the location of this property, we'd have given it a resounding 10. The apartment itself is spacious and excellently equipped with kitchen equipment, washing machine, air-conditioning in the bedrooms, a great shower with plentiful hot water, TV (Netflix) and Wi-Fi. The host is attentive, friendly and helpful... as is her mum!
