The property was very secure and safe, I have travelled to 47 countries and 100s of counties and this was a wild card as it did not have many reviews as it's new on the market, the owner was very nice and checked on us throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable the fans in room were perfect as it's a very hot country. The plugs sockets were plentiful around the apartment and used English 3 pin sockets. The shower was big and the water pressure was powerful. It had a kettle, microwave a cooker and a fridge. He even supplied us with welcome drinks. The apartment had super fast WiFi and Netflix which we gave extra brownie points for. Parking for a car and easy connections to the Town centre minutes walk away.

We booked this place as an emergency accommodation when our flight was late & we missed the last ferry to Bequia. It was extremely last minute, but the owner/manager couldn't have been more helpful in greeting & getting us checked in. They were also very helpful in providing some items we were missing to the travel delays. They also booked us a taxi for next morning to get us to the ferry, which was a big relief. The place is very secure, behind a wall & gates, but a welcome surprise was the pleasant private balcony off the apartment, with beautiful views of the Kingstown hills & bay.

The Waves Villa Guesthouse is located in a very quiet area at the South East coast, 30 minutes from Kingstown but only 5 minutes from the airport. The owners are very friendly and helpful and made us feel home and very welcome from the first moment. They have a beautiful garden with tropical flowers, a pool and some cute tortoises, cats and dogs. The bungalow was very clean and well equipped and we loved the view from the balcony to the sea, especially during sunset. It's amazing. The beds were very soft and comfortable. Kimmo & Claire helped us with everything, especially when our luggage was delayed. (Thanks again for everything!! You were the best hosts ever!) They made everything to let us enjoy our holidays and we even extended our stay there. We would definitely stay there again and can highly recommend this guesthouse!!

They were very serviceminded and helpful. The room was clean and the kitchen god so we could make all of our meals here when we liked. There was a bar and grill at the location with good food and nice drinks

Beautiful apartment with modern design. Lovely open plan living/kitchen/dining area and huge balcony with great view. Very well stocked kitchen including modern appliances like american fridge freezer and washing machine. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and bathrooms were huge and modern. Loads of storage space. Nice views from master suite. The owner was so helpful and attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It was great to have netflix etc on the smart tv and the wifi was good.
