We had a very lovely stay. The appartment has everything you need and even a garden. Eduardo and his wife were very friendly. Eduardo told us where we could Rent bycicles and even drove us to the bus station in the end.

I didn't stay there because the owner cancelled the reservation one hour before my arrival. Apparently onether guests got there and she decided to host them. She offered another place to stay but it was like an apartment in the middle of the city, something completely different from what we were looking for. I even talked to the owner the day before and she confirmed my stay. It was really inconsiderate since we travel for hours to got there... Be really really careful and always have a plan B.
The location was great. The apartment was perfect for our needs. There is a stove/oven which isn't shown in one of the pictures. We would be very happy to stay there again. We used her bicycles to ride to the nearby wineries.
A very nice, comfortable apartment in separate building. Pool and surrounding garden are really beautiful. Neighborhood is great. Convenient walk or bike ride into town or the beach. Gustavo is awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. Just to stay here is worth a visit to Carmelo.
