We've stayed at a lot of "pet friendly" hotels, but have to say this was the best for pet friendly. The Grey Gull provided us with a pet pack that had a pet dish, blanket, towel, treats and more for our dogs! They even provided a pet sheet for the bed so our dog would be allowed on the bed if we so desired. So thoughtful and appreciated!!! We had such a nice stay. The kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we needed, the room was comfortable and the fireplace was nice and cozy. We will definitely be back!

Fun place. Cabin was cozy and clean. Lovely beach. Enjoyed the canoes and kayaks on the creek. Saw a beaver!

Since the condo had a complex keypad entry system, check in time was easy upon arrival. The condo was tidy with a lot of supplies: laundry, dish washing, towels, bedding, kitchen appliances & utensils. Great.

I had to make three phone calls to find out what condo we were in and to get the key code. No emails or texts had this info. We almost didn't stay and were on the way out of town to go home when we called another number and got someone who gave the info we needed. Because of this I would not recommend this to anyone.

The view was amazing. Being so close to the walking path to the jetty and access to the beach was great! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we appreciated the selection of books especially the historic one about the area.

We rented the apartment over the office for Thanksgiving and the room next to it. Plenty of room for my family and my sister's family, my co-worker used the room next to us. We were there for a week.
The pool in the club house was fun! The jacuzzi in bathroom made for a relaxing evening bath. The apartment was very beautiful. We loved the media charging station and the fact that there was a speaker for music available. We didn’t use it because we were always rushed to get places but I’m sure it would’ve been nice to use. I loved the little dim lamps in the rooms because I could skip turning the room lights on. The apartment decor was absolutely impressive!
The condo was super spacious with a huge table perfect for family meals and doing puzzles--which were available for borrowing from the clubhouse. The staff at the clubhouse was very friendly and helpful. The pool was cleaned a couple of times a day, which put my mind at ease. We didnt use them, but there were BBQs available at the clubhouse which would be awesome for cookouts.
Very clean. Had a kitchenette with everything you’ll need to cook with for a short stay. Home away from home…..Nothing fancy, reminded me of a old fashion hotel. The door key is an actual key to use.
The condo itself is beautiful and has an awesome location right next to the ocean. It was clean and well equipped. We also enjoyed using the pool and hot tub at the community facilities center.
This was a perfect location for couples and families. My husband and I loved it & are hoping to bring the kids in the summer. Perfect views, sooo many sand dollars and rocks and shells on the beach! Easy walk to the beach. Room was clean and very comfortable bed! Parking was easy! We ate local crab & fish that we got off a boat (float 8) & cooked at the condo & we ate pizza from the local brewery, both great choices.
