Hospitality from Patrick and his breakfasts were very good. We had the place to ourselves. Quiet and within short distance to locals hangouts. Flatbread, DBag's, and Anchor (in Wilmington) all good.
For me it was a good location. Close to a few restaurants and on my travel route. Free wifi. Thermostat worked. Free parking right in front of my door. Chairs outside my door, to sit and enjoy the nice weather. Flat screen TV with plenty of channels.
