First off, communication with the host was punctual and thorough, but most importantly the pictures on the ad are exactly as it really is, which is stunning and put together.
Char is an insightful and thoughtful host, making sure that her guests truly feel that they are at home, with all of the amenities that they might need while on their trip but weren't able to bring along. Our stay genuinely felt like we were at our own home.
Added bonus, even though the unit had AC, we felt comfortable turning it off on cooler nights and leaving the screen door open from the patio to fall asleep to the breeze and sounds of the ocean.

The location and view were fantastic! The wall of glass doors to the lanai can disappear, opening the entire living area to the great vista. The condo was comfortable, clean and lovely. The grounds and pools were a tropical delight. The lanai is spacious and a beautiful place to relax.
We love Ko’Olina, and this property is within walking distance of almost all the area has to offer!

This condo was amazing !! The views and location of this condo were exceptional. The pool and hot tub were clean. I liked the security provided at the condo. There are some homeless nearby however they never bothered us. We felt safe to sleep with the patio doors open at nigh and we were on the 1st floor. We had just returned from a 13 night cruise and needed to relax and unwind. The condo was just what we needed!!
Char’s place is amazing by any account! The localisation is breathtaking, the view from balcony directly to the ocean is something you can’t get enough of and the apartment is delightfully decorated, with all the necessary amenities (and much more).
The private pool is also pretty cool, but when you got sort of a private beach by the ocean, you don’t even use the pool that much. Also the neighbours are very nice and helpful.
West Oahu is simply beautiful.
It is a beautiful location! The beach is lovely and not crowded and since the sand has returned covering the rocks it is awesome. The apartments are a very good size and have everything you need. The bed is comfortable, everything looks new in the apartment with great crockery, cutlery and appliances. The swimming pool is a great size and rarely busy.
This was a beautiful house and a quaint neighborhood, and a very local, Hawaiian feel. The interior of the home as well appointed and comfortable. Great indoor and outdoor lounging furniture. Even a small view of the water from the living room. Also, we managed to stay cool with all of the fans on and the windows open. Accessing the apartment was really easy and instructions and correspondence were great! We loved Makaha beach and all of the delicious local food - Aloha Poke is awesome!
