There's an excellent view of the beach from basically all parts of the property. We loved how spacious it was compared to a normal hotel. The private beach access turned out to be an amazing perk when the weekend hit and the beaches got crowded. Overall, great location and great place to stay. We will be recommending to friends and family.

We had to evacuate our homes due to hurricane Milton. Eva and Edmund were caring and supportive during our stay at their complex. The apartment is attractive, clean and well maintained. The decor is a delight and view was equally pleasing. I would recommend staying here to anyone. Thank you, Eva and Edmund for making the stay so enjoyable - next time without a hurricane!

We stayed there during the hurricane after evacuating from our home. Eva and her husband made sure we were safe and comfortable while going through the storm, they are a very nice couple and I would recommend staying there whether you need to evacuate for a storm or just for a place to stay on vacation.

The apartment was very spacious. It had plenty of room for our family to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, tools, and appliances. I loved having a washer and dryer in the apartment. The beds slept good. It has a private deck with a table and chairs that is just a few steps away from the pool which the kids loved. They even supplied extras like beach chairs and an umbrella. It is very quiet here unlike some places we have stayed. The owner was also very quick to respond and accommodating. Our family had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed spending our time here. We would definitely recommend it for other families.

The condo is steps from Venice Beach and the Crow's Nest is down the street a block. Everyone was very friendly. The weather was awesome. Great place to be.
The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The location was great. Very close to everything. There was a studio size refrigerator with a freezer that is unusual for this type of hotel. A restaurant is located right next door which is fabulous.

The Boganvillia Apartment was delightful and well furnished with comfortable, cute decor. Super clean and well stocked with everything you need for a week or weekend. The pool was nicely heated and the beautiful courtyard with waterfall and Koi Pond was our favorite place for coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The main house is so gorgeous and well taken care of with nice gathering areas and food and coffee bar. I would highly recommend staying at the Banyan House in Venice, Florida.
There was plenty of room in our one bed apartment. Lots of storage space and room for bags and clothes etc. The bathroom was narrow but was fine, with a nice hot shower. The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Ample off-road parking close to apartment. Small pool but it was a bit chilly to use (although other visitors enjoyed it).
The highlights for us were the really delightful short walk to town with all the cafes and shops, ridiculously close to an awesome beach, plenty of space in the apartment, laid back and non-corporate vibe of the space, easy in/out access, balcony is really nice. Perfect spot
