Though the rains did not allow my family and I to walk around as planned, I liked the fact that it was close to the subway station at 50th, where we could locate all other areas of interest.
The apartment was neat. The 3 bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room, and dining were all functional and excellently laid out. Though it was small, it did the job, and the price was good for a property at such a location. Everything from corner shops, barbers, show repairs, and a nice Mexican restaurant to host your guests were within a few metres radius.
I also particularly appreciate the passion of the host who made every effort to resolve an issue we experienced. We had jammed one of the bedroom doors, and even though it was late and raining, he ensured it was resolved that same night. Checking in was also seamless.

Our stay at this townhouse was fantastic! Choosing it over a hotel was the best decision. The place is not only big but also spotless, with super comfy beds and an amazing shower. The quiet location is perfect, especially with a baby, and having our own entrance made it even better. The hosts were top-notch – caring and easy to communicate with. Can't stress enough how quiet it is; you won't hear a thing!
If you're on the fence, don't second-guess it – we're definitely coming back! This place is awesome for families, but it would also be perfect for a couple or group of friends. So much space for everyone! Highly recommend this place.

Although the property where we were hosted is a different one than the one originally booked (because of an unexpected issue with maintenance in the original), the apartment(s) offered as replacement are comfortable and in a nice location, although some 2 miles farther away. The apartment is exactly as pictured. It was clean and the bed was SO comfortable AC and WiFi worked well. Really nice place to come home to at the end of the day. Overall great experience.
The host answered calls and text right away and was really diligent in ensuring that my stay had no issues. For those wanting to experience NYC/Hoboken, but prefer to have a more authentic experience, this place is Perfect!

It was a new apartment, well furnished, lots of space, good bathroom, large kitchen with decent appliances. Buses were nearby we never had to wait on a bus and it is only 15 min from NY
We liked the apartment. It was clean and nice to stay in. Beds are a little on the tough side - the mattress was quality just definitely meant for people that prefer a stiffer mattress. The pillows were very flat, so if you plan to stay here bring your own. The owner was nice and accommodated us well for our late check in time.
