The rooms far exceeded my expectations. Beautifully decorated and felt like a studio apartment. Beds were comfortable and the shampoo/conditoner/body wash is fantastic. The lobby smelled amazing as well.
Historic hotel vibes. Room we booked was a mini apartment which was great. It was spacious, well appointed and comfortable.
Special shoutout to Geneva at the front desk. Lovely attitude, winning smile and clearly focused on making sure customer experience was as good as possible.
My total including incidentals was over $140 to be put in a room that stank of marijuana. I directly went back downstairs and had her change my room second room not so bad only had to come out with roaches bigger than my thumb which was very disgusting I could have went to the tradewinds or even studio star and not had to deal with cockroaches like I did there and the breakfast was disgusting no kind of selection very poor not Hilton standard at all
Room was clean, everything functional although the light switch over the vanity was tricky and had to be flipped on several time before the light came on. Area was pretty quiet despite have some apartments next door.
