Nice and quiet neighborhood right at the Boulder Lake. The house was neat and clean. It actually exceeded our expectations. The host even prepared snacks and bottles of water for us. Plenty of clean towels, bedsheets and blankets. The pillows were nice. The only downside was the bed inside the bunk bed room sinks down in the middle, so it’s not very comfortable to sleep on it. The other two rooms were great. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookwares and spices. A bbq grill on the deck, microwave, a toaster and a coffee machine. It also has a washer and dryer in the unit. Also, there are many board games for the kids! Everyone enjoyed the stay and we will definitely book again when we’re around the area.
P.S.: the host, Mark, is very responsive and provides all the information we needed before our trip to make everything go smoothly. Much appreciated!!

Enjoyed all the amenities for kids and families. The facilities were well maintained and clean. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable and very clean as well with almost everything we needed.
It is located in a beautiful peaceful community. The apartment was very spacious and the host had plenty of kitchen utensils and plenty of board game options for the family to enjoy. The ideal place to get away and relax.
The location couldn't be beat, we were 5-6 minutes from almost everything we came for: Camelback, Aquatopia, restaurants and stores. The house was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Large kitchen and clean frig to make meals at the house. Bathrooms were very large with access to a washing machine and dryer. Large flatscreen TV with Netflix and Youtube. Hosts were friendly and made things very easy and stress-free!
