The property seemed very nice, however the sliding door didn’t lock. We were looking forward to sitting poolside in the morning but that didn’t happen.

This is the hotel to stay at!!! I have stayed all over Monmouth and Ocean county and have traveled to many beautiful destinations in my life but ,Kitesville is again is by far the best ever!!! I call this my smiling hotel I never stop smiling from the time we arrived until we leave lovely staff and spotless and a great central location lovely restaurants and shopping right along the Jersey shore where I grew up and and I'm proud to have grown up here in Tinton falls and freehold 33. My family has many friends that own businesses here on 33 I remember as a child we all supported each other and especially local family businesses I can say at kitesville the best people come from a place where I truly can call home !!!Well done and we wish you much success and happiness always!!!

We loved everything about it. The location and the house itself were perfect. Exactly how it was listed and the owner had exceptional communication throughout the stay. Responded within minutes.

We stayed in Rm 29 and will always ask for that room in the future. It was almost like being in an apartment instead of a hotel room. Very clean, spacious and simple yet elegant decor which made it relaxing to come 'home' to at the end of a busy day. Great views out every window. The furniture was comfortable and there were plenty of electrical outlets.
