Classic old school motel, exceptionally clean and cheerful. Lots of small touches that show the owner is thinking of the guests. Check in was smooth and the person I dealt with was very nice and genuine.
I only gave one star for value but to be fair we stayed the night before the solar eclipse so the price was severely inflated. But I would rather my money went to a small business like this than a big name hotel.
The hotel is extremely dated and cheap feeling. That being said the carpets are new and room was clean. The couch belongs in a dumpster and the stained peeling off wallpaper needs to get stripped....bed was comfortable pillows are cheap and flat. Nice having extra space with 2 tvs...
Has a good vibe and is in a central location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. You can tell the building is old but they've styled it well to keep it feeling modern. Great option for a short stay.
The room was very nice and big, everything worked. The hallway was noisy and you could here conversations of guests walking down the hall. The room was dusty, on the base of the furniture and other flat surfaces you see the dust and write your name in it. Decor is a little dated.
Loved the rocking chairs out front, however there should be designated smoking areas.
Location is good if you are attending an event at SPAC. The nightly rate was extremely high for the condition of the room. I’m the inflated price was due to an event at the SPAC.
