Very spacious top floor apartment. Comfortable beds.
Easy to walk into the town. We just stayed one night as we were continuing our hour to Maine.
We were able to park our car next to house but a 24 hour parking garage is not far if that space is not available and if there is no room on street.
The area seemed perfectly safe to walk around. It’s a proper neighbourhood with families on their porches enjoying the warm summer evening.

It was a charming apartment with a historic feel but modern comforts. Very clean and fully equipped kitchen. Big enough for a family to stay. Just something to be aware of- you do have to climb 2 sets of stairs to get into the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay there, beds were really comfortable.

The apartment was much bigger than anticipated, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Located within easy walking distance of downtown Salem and local attractions.
I absolutely loved the décor of the apartment! Every piece of art and decoration had a purpose and theme. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was great and was close to the heart of Salem. The owners were very friendly and eager to help.
The apartment was bigger than we anticipated with a very cozy and stylish feel throughout. It had everything we needed for a 3 night stay without being cluttered. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed from access after a delayed arrival to somewhere to store our bags after check out. The feeling of being home away from home. The necessities (functional kitchen, WIFI, shower, and bed) were very good. The shower pressure was fantastic and the water hot. All amenities were functional and the apartment had lots of character. High attention to details.
Everything, from the location to the inside of this cozy apartment, was absolutely wonderful! The apartment itself was so well decorated, clean and welcoming. You're within 5 minutes of the best shops, museums and places to eat. It was nice staying somewhere that ACTUALLY felt like a home away from home. The host were so helpful and there to answer any questions while at the same time respected privacy. I will 100% stay again.
We loved everything about this place! The location was perfect, the apartment was very clean and cozy, and it has the most perfect little gift shop right beside of it. Your just steps from the water, America’s Oldest Candy Company, and The House of the Seven Gables. The renters were so great and easy to work with. They even checked in with us the day after arriving to make sure all was well with the apartment. 10/10 would recommend and we hope to be back sometime soon!
