We really liked the views from the balcony, as well as the openness and comfort of the room. Anything we needed was available, from the bathroom to the sleeping area to the kitchenette. The bed and chairs were comfy and great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The hosts were hospitable and offered replacements on towels or anything else we needed after just one or two nights! Overall, an amazing property/place to stay with very gracious hosts.

The staff was awesome, and the manager went above and beyond. The room was very clean as well as the outside. We stayed on New Years Eve night and came in around 2 am.. She was there making sure each guest could get into their rooms due to a technical issue with the door locks. I can't remember her name but This manager had be be away from her family on New Year and was still smiling and very polite, even at check out she was still there working diligently to get issue fixed
I would highly recommend it.

Very nice and clean and great size. Staff was super nice. Room was above our expectations. It was in a great location. Several board games in the room to play and there were several things to do downstairs in the lobby like pingpong, a pool table, and a few more games. Also a little kitchen for snacks and a.quick bite to eat in the lobby. There is also a very nice bar/restaurant attached to the lobby. There are many things to do and explore within walking distance and felt safe walking around even at night.
Your St Elmo Getaway for Rock City & Ruby Falls, 2BD townhome, 6 min to downtown is located in Chattanooga, just 2.4 miles from Lookout Mountain and 4.1 miles from Tennessee Aquarium.

The apartment was even better than expected and had every amenity we needed. The host was fantastic! Would definitely book again!

All in all, we would recommend this location for any Chattanooga stay and will likely stay again ourselves! The ease of getting in/out of the building were great, the elevator was helpful for luggage and location is close to everything downtown north or south of the river. We were weary selecting this place because the price was so economical compared to other options in town the same weekend, but were happily surprised by the building, our room and it was spotless!
For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Donna and Jay were exceptional hosts. We loved the attention to detail in the apartment from the filtered water to the plush towels. We wish the weather had been warmer so we could have enjoyed the outside seating area. This was a much better option than staying in a hotel!
