Lovely space, with its own entrance and a separate living room space! Parking was really easy. Got a space right outside the door and the room was very comfortable. The owner is lovely to deal with and was a walkable distance from the main spots in town.

This property was undoubtedly one of the best home-away-from-home experiences we've ever had, and we travel extensively! It was absolutely perfect for our family of two adults and two young children. Roger was an incredible host; he communicated effectively prior to our arrival, provided assistance during our stay when needed, and made us feel right at home. The property was exceptionally clean, welcoming, and more spacious than we anticipated. There was plenty of room for us to spread out without feeling crowded. The enclosed back patio was great for the kids, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the home had everything we needed for our 4-night stay. Roger even generously left us some delicious local wines to try. We discovered a massive park at the end of the street, which was perfect for walks and playtime with the kids. Additionally, we happened upon one of the largest farmers' markets we've ever seen in midtown on Sunday. The location was ideal for quickly getting in and out of the city and accessing the freeways with ease. In summary, our stay at Roger's place was nothing short of exceptional, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly and comfortable home away from home. The attention to detail, spacious accommodations, and incredible hospitality made our trip truly memorable. We can't wait to come back and enjoy the beauty and comfort of this amazing property again.

The property seemed all redone other than the popcorn ceilings - nicer than I expected! The staff all went above and beyond, and breakfast was awesome we had the breakfast flatbread and it was excellent! We were able to pay half the price of staying in downtown Sacramento and we just took an Uber to our show downtown

the parking lot was small, the other guests don’t know how to stay in the lines. the bed was hard, the pillows were flat and old. the walls has holes in the bathroom. the place needs some TLC the first room I was in, room 104, the fridge did not work, the a/c did not work. the mattress , the springs stuck out it was like the hooker room. they switched rooms , at least the A/c worked and the fridge but over all the room needs repairs.
