The location was perfect. The scenery both at night and during the day are beautiful! Staff and other tenants are extremely kind and welcoming.

This was a great spot to drop our daughter off at U of Puget Sound for her freshman year. The condo has a beautiful balcony and two nicely appointed bedrooms. The laundry in the unit was great and so convenient. Short drive to so many great restaurants - you could walk too. The AC was great on the 92 degree day.

We really enjoyed the view from this property, and it was in perfect condition. The kitchen cookware was pristine, and very complete for any task. Ron, the host, gave us an immediate response to any question. My brother and I stayed here for his first week after hip surgery. The property met all of our needs.

Room was clean & door was sealed with a sanitation sticker. Large flat screen tv. Bed was comfy with firm mattress and large supportive pillows. Microwave & fridge were fine.
