Very nice having some staples in the kitchen like tea. Also, lots of good local info was available in the apartment. Good space for 2 adults and 2 children. Though the house was historic, the apartment was quite modern, a perfect combination. Even tho it was Fourth of July weekend, we were always able to find street parking. We easily walked to many things in the neighborhood and at the harbor.

it was close to a lot. i walked everywhere, docks for lobster & chowder, morimoto’s for breakfast, seadogs baseball. it has a nice little backyard for chillin. plenty of ideas for things to do if you need.

The apartment is in a walkable location. It is very clean and comfortable. I had my own designated parking spot and there's also street parking. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if ever I am in Portland.
The apartment was gorgeous, it was huge, airy, thoughtfully laid out (I appreciated the manuals being tucked away by all the appliances). Jeff was a great host and I definitely intend on booking again.
Jeff is a wonderful host. The apartment was spotless and had everything you need for a great stay. It's a great space with a comfortable bed and lots of living space to relax. Around 15 mins walk to the old Port and lots of great eating and drinking spots within yards of the door. Jeff makes great beer too which is a bonus!
great location and good sized apartment for family of 4 to stay a couple of nights in Portland. everything is walkable from the apartment and we loved the shops and restaurants in the area.
only gripe would be the air con was 2 units in the bedrooms only, both of which were quite noisy ever when on low at night. the rest of the apartment was quite hot as didn’t have air con in them. it was extremely hot outside in fairness but even so I think it should be made clear that the entire apartment does not have air con.
