The property, location and staff were top notch. The only issue was mayflies. We had never heard of them. They were everywhere. If it weren’t for the mayflies, this place would be off the charts. Of course they cannot control the mayflies, I just recommend researching this issue prior to visiting! Gretchen was the Best!!

The location. The room was clean and comfortable. There was not a person working there ever. We were in and out many times and never saw anyone at the desk. The elevator was very scary, it made the worst screeching sound, I thought it was going to break down. I had to use it to get to the ice machine. I used the stairs to get back to our room. Other than that it was affordable and clean. May come again if we're in the area.

The location right on Lake Erie was wonderful. Access to the beach was very nice. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and enjoyed by all in the group. The condo was great and had everything one could need. Felt right at home there. An amazing view of the lake from our condo. Great to have balcony door open with screen door shut & listen to the lake.
Everything. The condo was very clean. Great view of the lake from our condo & had a nice patio to coffee in the morning and enjoy the lake view. Condo was equipped with all dishes, washer & dryer. Quiet & yet close to good restaurants and wineries. We expect to return next year.
The size of the apartment was good. The apartment was quiet and only a short distance to bring in lots of luggage from our truck in the parking lot. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and there to help whenever I needed assistance.
