Never got into the property. Never received an e-mail they claimed they sent. The e-mail was sent to my partner not to me. Had to stay someone else, nightmare. Do not recommend the island house. Very bad experience

My booking was canceled due to the waters on Sept 27th 2024. I have been waiting for a refund for 24 days from booking.com now.
Been told 3x it was being processed. Absolutely LIVID and will NOT recommend this service. It wasn't cheap and I've saved for month for this trip 😡😤

The location right on Lake Erie was wonderful. Access to the beach was very nice. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and enjoyed by all in the group. The condo was great and had everything one could need. Felt right at home there. An amazing view of the lake from our condo. Great to have balcony door open with screen door shut & listen to the lake.
Everything. The condo was very clean. Great view of the lake from our condo & had a nice patio to coffee in the morning and enjoy the lake view. Condo was equipped with all dishes, washer & dryer. Quiet & yet close to good restaurants and wineries. We expect to return next year.
The size of the apartment was good. The apartment was quiet and only a short distance to bring in lots of luggage from our truck in the parking lot. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and there to help whenever I needed assistance.
