504 is a large, clean, well equipped apartment. Towels, linens, soap, shampoo, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, tea, coffee were all provided. 504 is located on the back of the building with 2 narrow windows. We chose this unit because of the comments indicating there was no street or nighttime noise heard in this unit. We slept well in a quiet apartment in a very comfortable bed. Will definitely book again.

This location was right in the middle of all the action. There are many restaurants, bars, breakfast and coffee shops, all in just steps from the apt.
They even provided beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas for free which we totally utilized!

Centrally located in the downtown area, pleasantly surprised about the farmer's market right outside the door. The whole establishment was very clean.
For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
We enjoyed our stay very much, we loved the pool and interior of the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped and the beach is really close. They offer free bikes which I really liked, and when I had a problem it got solved immediately. I would definitely recommend it!
We were there for a fishing tournament looking for a nice place that wouldn't break the bank! The place was very close to our tournament. Very close to all food. Walking distance to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. I do not do reviews but wanted to complete one on Fernando Flats as it was a great location. Thank You!
Excelente stay at Fernando Flats. Room was ready early, and check-in and checkout were pretty easy.
Flat was exceptional clean and cozy. Room had everything we needed and more. Confortable and nicely decorated with attention to details. Bed and pillows amazingly confortable. Beach items and bicycles available to borrow. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to beach and inlet. We look forward to returning soon.
Location was perfect. The beach was so close. The street was very quiet and ideal for walking. The hotel is absolutely adorable and immaculate inside and out. The kitchen included all necessities. We will DEFINITELY return. Fernando Flats is top notch all the way!!! The owner is very responsive and is dedicated to providing the best experience for the guests.
Great views, great location, very quiet!! Our flat had everything we needed. The pool was an excellent fit for the kids as well as the outdoor activities! We loved that Marie supplied towels as well as beach chairs, one less thing to worry about packing and buying. We will definitely recommend and we will be back next year! We were able to make memories and not have to worry about anything else!
Nice apartment and grounds. Beds were comfortable. Great location close to beaches and restaurants. Beach equipment and towels were available for guests to borrow. On site laundry facilities also available. The owner, Marie, strives to meet the guests' needs.
Marie is delightful. We loved the facilities and can't wait to visit again. She stocked the flat with everything that we needed for our stay. The pool, bikes, shuffle-board, chairs, towels, cabana were wonderful!
I loved the property's exterior appearance. The interior of the flat was well thought out and completely perfect for my needs. The location was a beautiful island setting surrounded by luxury homes and luxury condos. Maria was the perfect hostess and quickly answered any of my questions.
The neighborhood was quiet and felt ve4ry safe.
