The location was awesome, easy walking distance to Higher Grounds and City Market, and a short drive downtown to the hot springs. I appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with things like pots, pans, an instant pot, and seasonings. The back porch was really nice when it got a bit warm in the condo in the late afternoons.

Very easy to access location and get in contact with host. Provided accommodations to make up for an issue with one of the listed beds. Still close to things in town but not right in the middle so it was quieter which was nice.

The location was great. A short drive to the grocery store and restaurants. Quiet and over looking the mountains from the back window. This condo is well stocked with everything, Clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.
The grounds and apartment were beautiful and so big! They had everything I need. I was handed a tea pot, bottled water and pool towels upon arrival. The staff was super friendly and as big as the place was, I didn’t feel crowded. I parked right up to the door at my apartment. One morning I woke up to see a hot air balloon landing right in my backyard….and then another. It was magical
Beautiful ranchlike location outside Pagosa Springs. The hostess was friendly and helpful. We stayed in an apartment which was very convenient. The whole complex of buildings would be great for a small family reunion. Very nice kitchen and bathroom areas. The hostess was very helpful in figuring out road conditions over the near by passes. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Interesting western decor. Parking was very easy. There is a gas fireplace which provided warmth and a cozy environment.
Not only did we like our condo, we loved it. It’s was comfortable and quiet. Beautiful views and the husband made breakfast on the patio with our flat top.
