Pool and hot tub were close with a bar and grille within 5 mins of walking. Very nice condo and right on the intercoastal waterway. About 20 mins from broadway. Owners found out it was out honeymoon and went above and beyond to make our stay special! Would definitely recommend!

We had stayed in another unit in Seaward Villas before and the difference between the two units was night and day. We had such a plesant experience in unit 2 (the one we just stayed in). Communication with the hosts was excellent, they made sure we had everything we needed to check in upon arrival. The unit was clean, perfectly appointed, comfortable and convienient. We got some of the best sleep while staying in unit #2!!
Our trip was mostly based around seeing a show at the House of Blues, but I wanted to spend some time on the beach as well. Access to the beach is literally right across the street, so just a short walk. Also a short walk to Boulineau's grocery, the Dairy Hut and restaurants.
The other residents in the other units were quiet and friendly. The pool water was refreshing and the area clean as well.
Cherry Grove Beach has become my favorite place to visit when I need some "Vitamin Sea." I'm looking forward to our next trip down, hopefully staying in unit #2 again!

the condo was exactly as described in the ad. it was very clean, up to date, located 3 miles from my sisters, no interruptions for staff, i was able to check in early that was nice. pool was in site and nice. i recommend this condo/apartment. The price was perfect.
I loved the whole apartment. Very clean and neat. Screened in balcony was awesome. The location was perfect and not far from grocery stores. Very easy to lock and unlock door. I loved the fact that we did not have to use keys to unlock and locks doors. Very nice neighborhood with a pool.

I had a couple of small issues upon arrival, which were handled very quickly by the online customer service team. The room I was moved to was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach access was the best I've ever had, flat easy access to the beach. The hotel is located across Ocean Blvd from a grocery store, a souvenier shop and an ice cream shopppe, all of which was very convenient!
