The location was phenomenal. The Inn is at the bottom of the main "downtown" area for Newport, so we could just step outside and head north until we found something that piqued our interest. Plus, being right on top of the bar, it was easy to find any wayward group members when we needed to regroup: They were at the bar.

Loved the location , very close to restaurants, shops etc. Lovely accomodation, large roof terrace although our weather only permitted us to use it fully on 1 day however that's nature for you.

Conveniently located and plenty of space for the family.
The apartment was clean, significantly larger than expected, and full of natural light. The beds were comfortable, and I heard no complaints from the friend sleeping on the pull out couch.
Love the location, newness and cleanliness of the apartment . Also loved that it had a great modern kitchen with good seating inside as well as a picnic table outside!
We stayed in the apartment (my husband, myself and our adult daughter). The apartment was perfect for what we needed. It was nice to have the included parking area. The location was perfect. The beds were comfy and the shower was great. It was well stocked with everything one would need. I would definitely stay again if in the area.
We loved the entire experience! 3 of us stayed at the little apartment and it was perfect. Plenty of room and in walking distance to any of the area attractions, shopping, restaurants etc. but out of the busier streets and in more of the traditional newport neighborhood vibe right off Bellevue. Especially liked the coffee on the deck of the Inn and the lovely pastries that were offered are a nice touch.
The off street parking, coded entrances, and proximity of the apartment to Thames street made coming and going incredibly convenient. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of bath linens, and the apartment was very spacious for 2 people.
The Good: Great location. Friendly Staff. Decent parking even if the spaces are a little small. The apartment was huge and right near the pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Comfy beds. Beautiful views of the bay. Bank of America ATM across the street. More of a condo/ home than a hotel room. Screened windows meant we could crank them open and enjoy the nice breeze from the ocean. Great value for Newport for families. Indoor pool is a nice off season touch.
