Great location by the beach with a nice view. We were able to see whales from our window on one of the mornings. Staff took amazing care and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful time at the property. Perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy.

The View! We travel to newport regularly (my husband has family out there and his family has been making the trip almost every year since the early 70's and I joined 18 years ago - we even got married close by and our reception was down the street at the aquarium!) and this is the best place we ever stayed! It was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view! It had easy parking, was walkable to Rogue and many other places, and it was very comfortable and HUGE. We would be back. Overall it was a beautiful place and very worth the cost.

Spectacular view with large windows, fantastic location, quick access to beach and shops. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with what we needed. Nice extras, such as the binoculars. Host was communicative. The condo was definitely clean but the smell/products need to be replaced. Window were very clean - cleaner came by while we were there (appreciated window cleaning schedule posted on the refrigerator so we weren't surprised).

We liked the hiking trail to the beach, but not flat and not for those who need to always hold on to travel on uneven ground, and there are steep cliff areas, hikers take caution with those who need the extra care. We liked the two levels of the home and the HOT TUB!! We liked the retro nostalgia touches in the home, but would LOVE to see the upstairs room swapped out for a King in one room!! We would also like to see a more comfortable couch w/recliners and bigger TV for those watching TV upstairs while taking in the view too! :)
Our 3rd stay here and another great apartment. It is well placed to walk to the shops and also just to sit and chill watching the harbour. The fog added an extra atmosphere which we loved
The condo came with rubber boots to walk through the streams to get to the beach. Our balcony had a good view of the ocean, even had a good view from our recliners inside.
The balcony and outstanding view and access to the beach cannot be beat. The condo was very clean and had a nice fireplace/heater with a sliding door to the balcony and the view and the soothing sound of the waves.
The general area is quiet and peaceful with lots of shorebirds and garden birds as well. The outdoor common area has comfortable chairs to lounge in while taking in the view. The ability to step out of the building to a path and short walk to the beautiful dunes and beach is beyond wonderful.
Highly recommend this condo. The view was amazing. Beach access was a plus. Kids enjoyed the bonfire and smores and games. Landscaping was beautiful. Very clean. Big enough for our family of 6 by using the sofa bed. I wanted to stay longer here.
False advertisement of the number of beds in bedroom. One vs two beds, the reception won’t fix the issue, caused lots of inconvenience and refused to compensate. Not even a sorry or explanation. Location and condo were good.
Location was spectacular and we were in the center right beside the creek!
Was so impressed that there was a fully stocked kitchen, extra linens and rubber boots to wear to cross the inlet to get to the ocean. Appreciated being on the 1st floor for easy access in and out of condo especially for our dogs!
