Great staff and the location is brilliant. The rooms are huge. The facilities including the wifi, TV, music etc. were excellent. There are great stores, eateries nearby and all the lower manhattan sights are within walking distance.

I stayed at this spot with my two boys, ages 8 and 11 for a solid week in a one bedroom gourmet room. We had the best stay! Loved the hood and the staff. We bought roller skate attachments for the kid's shoes and needed a screwdriver to intall them. The engineering Dept. showed up and put the skates on both pairs of shoes for me. Extremely kind and helpful. We felt at home in this space with the kitchen and the big table. The showers had great water pressure and we loved hanging out in the laundry room with the ping pong table. I was worried about being so far downtown but the neighborhood felt so chill and welcoming with Battery Park and the Seaport being right around the corner. Also, the red line is one long block away and gets uptown in 10-15 minutes. LOVED IT

Brilliant location for a short stay. Walking distance to Staten Island ferry, Brooklyn bridge, world trade centre and 9/11 memorial. The apartment was perfect for a couple of days - all the basics you need for some simple self catering. The staff were the friendliest! Both in the contact before we arrived and throughout our stay. Would definitely stay there again.
Lovely studio apartment with little touches including washing machine and dishwasher tablets, ground coffee etc all provided, with extra available if you ran out. Ideal location for exploring NYC by foot and close to ferries to see the Statue of Liberty etc.
We upgraded having booked and paid for a king room so decided to treat ourselves to studio apartment. We have balcony and the outside space was brilliant however the room needs a dressing table with plug and mirror accessible as these were in different areas. It also would benefit immensely from a fridge.
The price is quite good for New York. But be aware that the studio apartment is a studio apartment by NY definition, not the European one - it does not have its own bathroom or kitchenette.. we realised this a day before our arrival, so it was too late to change the reservation.

We had booked two x 2 bed studio rooms and were upgraded to suites which were lovely, very clean and spacious. Each had a little kitchenette which was a great self catering option especially as there was a supermarket/deli directly across the road. We were 3 minutes walk from the subway which made travelling anywhere really easy. A very friendly nice neighbourhood and friendly staff.who arranged for wine and chocolates in my son’s room for his birthday which was a lovely and much appreciated surprise.
Amazing stay at Sonder Battery Park. We are 2 adults, 2 kids (1 x 13 year old, 1 x 11 year old) and we stayed in a Superior Studio. The check in was very easy via the app as we had a keycode. Good size apartment and very clean Liked the fact they supplied essentials like toilet paper, bin bags, coffee etc and you could get refills at reception!
Great location for a family as it was quiet. Space was as per the photos advertised.

Beds very comfortable - good size. Plenty of room in the studio plus apartment for a family of four. Good use of space. Everything we needed - kitchen well equipped for the basics. Excellent facilities in the building incl. free laundry (own detergent required) and communal kitchen for more serious cooking activities! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Always pleasant to talk to and very responsive to any queries we had.
