How clean and quiet the room was. The giant flat screen t.v. was a big plus. The lobby was first class. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Could have offered a bit more variety like bagels in addition to toast plus other options. Or more variety in breakfast bars (only two choices). The flatscreen was HUGE!

The area of the hotel which is close to my daughter's apartment. Two mins away. Also the rooms were very comfortable and clean. I had booked with a Days Inn there, but it was not what I expected at all, so I stayed one night and splurged to book with the Hyatt and it met all of my expectations. The breakfast was wonderful as well!

When I booked the hotel, I was asked if I wanted anything special. I requested a recliner instead of one of 2 of the queen beds because my 84 year old husband is infirmed and can’t sleep lying flat. The next day you sent me an email saying you could do that. Upon arrival, Lola said there were no recliners. So we said give us the 2 queens with lots of pillows to prop him up. When we got to the room, there was only one bed,and a little couch.
