Cute little apartment, close to my mom, and met our family of 4 needs. It was decorated nicely with all basics necessities provided. It is an older building but we'll maintained. The contact person seemed nice & accommodating when I reached out for a minor issue. My family here would stay again as along the price doesn't rise.
The apartments are nicely furnished and have all the basic amenities you may desire for a brief or even an extended stay. You have quick access to the interstate, and the area where you are located is only a short drive from any store you may need to get those forgotten items.
We literally loved EVERYTHING about the apartment. It was so comfortable and cozy.
Those beds were sooo amazing & I didn't want to get up to do anything the next day, but of course I did!
It was so pleasant and relaxing and will definitely be booking again when I go back to Mobile.

The stay at “The Flats on Florida St” was fantastic. The apartment was ready when we arrived. Great location to many of the amenities the city had to offer. Several grocery stores and eateries nearby. Easy access to interstate highways. Rooms were comfortable, free laundry on site including detergent. Management is easily accessible via text message, quick response. I highly recommend and will book with them again. Internet service was dependable, no outages.
