The hosts were wonderful and provided us with great resources and information to make our trip and adventures super easy, from providing a welcome basket with local amenities, to emails with easy travel directions that eliminated a ton of research.
The house was lovely and well maintained. They thought of everything to make a trip comfortable and stress free. The neighborhood was a gem and though we came to visit Salem on Halloween, we found ourselves loving the atmosphere and community in Cape Ann. Fantastic places to eat, shop and town full of genuine and welcoming people. There was so much in walking distance which was extra convenient travelling with teens! 10/10 would recommend the town for a visit and this particular location and host for accomodations.

This is an exceptional property. Barry has exceeded all expectations. Every room is luxurious and comfortable. The kitchen is like right out of a magazine, fully equipped with new appliances (fridge, gas cooktop and oven, microwave, wash and dryer), and huge island. The sun comes streaming into the kitchen in the morning and he has even supplied the coffee. He has supplied everything you need in the kitchen. I prepared all our breakfasts and dinners, nothing is missing.
The living room, TV, dining room, bathroom, bedrooms, heating and cooling, closets and access doors are top notch. The comfort level of everything is the best there is. He has decorated professionally and beautifully. It is immaculate. The linens and towels are luxurious. Parking is included and convenient. The neighborhood is safe and convenient to downtown. There is a front and a back door. The back door is off the main street, there is parking right at the back, and only 1 flight of stairs to get up with luggage. For convenience we parked in front after we unloaded. I believe the residents who live in the neighborhood like to park right by their own doors and there was plenty of parking out front on Broadway for us.

For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Updated and comfortable property. We loved having the extra space of an apartment. The apartment was stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Matt was so responsive to all my questions.
The location in Marblehead was perfect. We could walk to everything. The apartment was just like the pictures and we enjoyed it very much. Our host was friendly and responsive to queries. We would definitely stay here again.
Clean and beautiful condo, close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of room for everyone, but a nice cozy sitting area to relax in. Gorgeous kitchen with everything you need.
It’s historic structure fits into the neighborhood. Doors lock at 8pm-8am when the desk person goes home and you have security and a key for late returns. I didn’t have a car, but there was plenty of parking available. Although the hotel is about a mile & a half to the water, it’s a flat walk with nice places to stop, eat and shop about half a mile from the hotel.
Both Debbie and Will were very friendly and helpful. Coffee, tea, juice and granola and both sweet rolls or breads were offered at breakfast.
Quiet location with a great view. The condo had high end finishes and everything we needed for our three day stay. The outdoor space was comfortable and beautiful. Very well maintained!
