Was in Lubbock for my daughter's graduation from TTU. Hotel was located very close to her apartment and campus. Decor was nice. Always like ease of using Hilton Honors app to select room, chevk in, use digital key and check out.
The location and accommodations were great especially for the price, no significant deal breakers. I always bring some pillow cases and flat sheets where ever we go but there was nothing that interfered with our stay. I might bring my own towels next time as they didn't seem super "fresh". Have stayed here a few times with our pet and it has been a good experience so far. The room's details are also very useful like the large fridge and microwave, table, etc.
We couldn't even stay there so gross, ended up staying in my son's apartment on a couch because it was the most unsafe and dirty place I have ever stayed. This place was one step ahead of sleeping on dirt outside. Camping in a tent better
The room was okay but I didn't have any air conditioner it did not work they would not give me another room and told me that I should have been in my room earlier instead of going to take care of my business I was cleaning out my apartment and spraying it and all that and painting it so I came in late but I didn't know the air conditioner wasn't working so I came down and told him and he got very angry and told me he was going to call the cops on me and he was not going to give me another room
