I did not do breakfast and did not know it was an option(?) I was participating in Leavenworth Bird Fest and had to be at a certain meeting spot usually by 6:30 AM. So, being able to throw down some instant oatmeal or yoghurt was convenient. I did enjoy being able to cook my own meals if I chose to do so. The unit was quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed the bit of grass and associated chairs and table for late afternoon drinks and reading.

Pets are allowed! - we brought our 2 small dogs and the pet fee was vey fair
We also brought our 13 year old daughters (twins) and the second room accommodated them perfectly.
Kitchen is very well equipped with everything one would need plus nice, useful extras like coffee, seasonings, laundry detergent - Having a washer and dryer in the unit is so nice as well! Great use of space so that we all 4 could actually snuggle on the couch and watch a movie together. Just a great experience.

Location was great. Having a kitchen to prepare meals on the trip was helpful. TVs in every room kept the kids happy when they didn’t want to watch the same thing. Having the toy blocks for the littles were great.

It was a great location, we actually walked back from Leavenworth one evening. Kitchen was very well equipped. Liked that there was coffee and filters available to use for the coffee maker. TV was nice. The condo was very comfortable and cozy.
Unbelievable location! The parking spot is a big deal too. The apartment was very clean and nice amenities with thoughtful touches. Two separate bedrooms with a queen bed in each. TVs in both bedrooms. Full kitchen, dining table, and living room.
This property is very good in that it is so close to all the shops and restaurants. It is a good sized three room apartment with a full kitchen fully stocked. We were a group of 5 and everyone slept comfortably.
Easy and pleasant check in with helpful desk person. We rented a condo run by Obertal and it was really wonderful. It was very spacious and very clean had a balcony that overlooked the river.

My rental car had a flat tire and I got a lot of support from the front desk with calling the company's hotline multiple times. Downtown is within walking distance via the waterfront trail.
