Our stay in New Orleans has been excellent because we have booked a superb property for our stay. It is centrally located and everything we need is within walking distance.
the apartment is well equipped and the host made everything ready for our stay. they even prepare extra blanket, towels etc.1 simple note is I recommend mirror in 2nd bedroom so it is easier for ladies to do their make up.
PLUS Point for us.. the host agreed to our last minute request for late check out, which we really appreciate as our flight was late in the afternoon.

Great location, on a quiet street but only round the corner from the busy parts. Very secure. Apartment AC is amazing, kitchen is great with plenty coffee/creamer/sugar, and a few laundry pods. Big modern tv with all the modern apps.

A modern apartment, centrally located, only a short walk from the main attractions of the city such as Bourbon St and the French Quarter. Communication with the owner was good throughout, easy to follow instructions etc. Our property had a terrace, felt spacious, safe and secure.

My room was very large about the size of a studio apartment. The location was very convenient. Right next to a McDonald's that stayed open 24hrs for them late night cravings. Walmart and other retailers were within 2-3 miles and there were a handful of other restaurants withing the vicinity. I dont know why the rating is so low I didnt have any of the problems other guests complain about.

Location was ideal, close to rental pickup and provides shuttle to/from the airport. Staff helpful and courteous. Our late booking was superbly managed.
It was 1 bed room studio apartment with all the amenities including a very big tv, microwave, oven, fridge, heater, iron, air purifier. The host was great and made sure everything is taken care off.
Close proximity to the airport and had shuttle service running every 30 mins to airport.
Bed was comfortable, and just what required for a short stay pre flying.
