Location. Hosts super friendly, went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Fridge was stocked with milk , juice, water. Larder filled with cereals, biscuits. Never had that before. Even medicine cabinet stocked with basic supplies if needed.

A well appointed cottage with plenty of room for relaxation. For our short stay it met our expectations quite nicely. Even though there were two bedrooms, the kitchen/dining area was not large enough for more than two people comfortably.
The penthouse was impeccably clean, with lots of windows and a deck that wrapped all the way around the apartment. Kennebunk is quiet but interesting with decent places to eat. We absolutely loved our stay and plan to return!
I hope to have the opportunity to stay again sooner than later
Right from the check in to feeling a certain sad feeling driving to leave...definitely checking to see if they offer weekly or monthly rentals... that would be too perfect. The ppl that own and run things for the property are so kind and down to earth.. they made us feel like we were valued guests and that was a great feeling I have not gotten at other rental opportunities. 10 out of 10 hands down thank you for a wonderful experience!
Loved the kitchen- very spacious and well provisioned. Had everything I needed to cook. Apartment was very comfortable for our family of three. Pull out couch had a comfortable mattress.
