Finding the keys/access card was like a scavenger hunt. The owner did send directions and we did find them. When we got to the apartment, the door was open as he said it would be, but the key wouldn't work when we wanted to lock the door. To his credit, the owner ended up coming over to assist us.

The property is really clean comfortable and well appointed. The location is great and walking distance to Main St and the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and the bed, couch and linens were all very comfortable. The apartment gets great sunlight and has a lovely outdoor space.

We really liked the proximity to the beach and local restaurants. The owner did an excellent job adding personal touches to the rental. They provided coffee, cream and sugar, tea, energy drinks, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc... The patio was very nice, with a grill, a fire pit, and plenty of seating.

The apartment we booked had some maintenance problems, and the owners reached out to me 1 day before we arrived. They gave a bigger apartment at the same rate. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable.
This apartment is located in a apartment village with access to pools, gyms and park. It was the perfect size for my son’s family of 2 small children and me and my wife.
The flat is exceptionally nice and very well furnished, with all that you could need. The apartment complex itself is Incredible. Access to multiple pools and hot tubs, as well as a gym, with a small shop and a handful of restaurants behind the complex. Additionally the complex hosts regular events that you can attend. The flat is well placed in Irvine, close to UCI and the airport, making both exceptionally easy to get to. Perfect for long-term stays.
