The scenery view is amazing! Huge room and bathroom for 2 people, it has a lot of amenities. It is close to Homer’s spit and other restaurants.
For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Amazing views of the ocean and spit. Amazing space and light, in the penthouse suite. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen even had a welcome basket with goodies.
The property was beautiful with lots of lovely plants and outdoor areas.

Newer condo-like apartment in a 4-plex bldg. Probably one of the best places I've been in years compared to the timeshares we've stayed at. All modern appliances, coffee maker, tea pot, with coffee, tea provided. Smart TV in living room so you could stream your favorite shows. Beautiful views of Beluga Lake and it was fun to watch the float planes takeoff and land.
The room had one of the most amazing views I have ever had in my entire life! This is not a five star resort… and is not Advertised as so. What it is, is a nice, clean, comfortable apartment situated over a tackle shop. It was quiet, clean, and made for an excellent weekend in Alaska. The hostess could not have been more pleasant and available. I highly recommend it if you were looking to be in the heart of a fishing town.
Loved our stay at the Pioneer Inn, it was super cute and very comfortable. Communication was amazing and Lila was very helpful.
