Location was prime for walkability to the Main Street area restaurants, shops and attractions. Loved how clean the house was, all the pillows, the stocked kitchen, all the French doors and especially the balconies for relaxing!

The size of the space was great. The lady that booked our rooms made sure we were next to our friends. The pool was a great size, as well as the hot tub. They seemed to be making improvements by replacing the decks.

It was an horrible experience. When we first got there it was a terrible smell that I almost threw up. Come to find out it was a dead possum in the front yard. Upon entering the unit it was a dead snail and and a dead roach on the floor. A smash dead bug on the bedroom door. The freezer was not working we bought a bag of ice that melted. The walla were thin we heard a barking dog from the neighbor all night and loud stomping noise above us

No breakfast, no cream or sugar for the one coffee pod made available to us for a 3 night stay. The grounds were nice enough although we did not use any of the facilities on the property.

Location was nice as it was not on the busy strip of Helen. The condo was actually bigger than we thought when we booked the room, so that was a nice surprise.
Everything! The location was perfect! The river runs right through the property so access was easy. The couch mattress was awfully stained which looked like urine and the staff came and changed it out right away!! The resort was pretty empty with people which I absolutely loved! The peace and quiet and not a crowed pool or hot tub was amazing! The apartment had Everything we needed.
Location was wonderful, it's in walking distance to the main street, shops and restaurants. Quiet location along the river with parking. The condo was spacious and clean, with a private deck out back to overlook the river and one at the front facing the street. Beds were comfortable. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Truly a home away from home. Would book again.
The location is great, tucked away right behind Helen with a walking path that comes up right behind Paul's Restaurant. The room was a very spacious condo with a loft bedroom, twin bed room, kitchen, living space, and balcony. It was very clean and that is very important to me.
