The property was clean and sunny and nicely decorated. Charles is a great host and helped us in when we arrived early. Great shower. Nice little kitchenette. The neighbourhood was great, nice backyard to sit in and off street parking a bonus.

Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Sandy was very friendly and accommodating. The apt was very clean and had all the amenities one would expect (and hope) to have. We held our breath as the pictures looked too good to be true but were pleasantly surprised upon arrival as both the apartment and the location - a stroll from the beach - were every bit as dreamy as the pictures show them to be.
Great location. Short walk to a private beach. Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Owners, Sandy and Daniel were very accommodating. Studio apartment was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Chairs and umbrella for the beach. Even had snacks for us.
This is a lovely basement apartment just a block from the shore. The owners are gracious and made their kayaks available for us to use - bonus! They provided shampoos and other toiletries, and the kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, and even snacks. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and I'd happily visit again.
The host was super nice. We needed a comfy place to crash while we checked out some local breweries, and this cute little apartment was just what we needed. It even had coffee and snacks, which was a nice touch.
The apartment is very well equipped and spatious. The owner Sandy was really kind, attentive, and helpful, always ready to reply to our questions. She even left a bunch of bags of snacks for us.

The apartment is lovely, comfortable, spacious, and situated in a beautiful neighborhood, just a couple of blocks from the shoreline. Our host was very gracious. If you are so inclined, the rental comes with the option of using the host's kayaks, beach chairs, and umbrellas on a nearby beach.
