Didn't like anything about it , I had alot of problems with my reservation and was at front desk from 4 to almost 9pm and the front desk lady told her coworker it's my fault I was there that long and when I got to the room the air wasn't working to good. The reason I took services there because I wanted to swim and my apartment had mold so I had to be out for a couple days and I wasn't accommodated for anything I couldn't swim cause by time she was done it was 830 and the room was comfortable at all.
First time staying at a Tru by Hilton hotel, and we loved it! It has more of a modern homelike feel. The room felt like a cute little apartment…very clean and practical. Would definitely stay again!
The room were very spacious and the shower was hot. Great facilities. Nice breakfast and the staff were very friendly.
The gym is also convenient for a short stay.
The location was great. Even though it was close to the airport, I couldn't hear planes flying very often. Breakfast was good and the coffee was great. Parking was easy and didn't require me to provide my rental car information.
I had a blowout on my front tire on the interstate. I limped to the hotel and found out my spare was low on air. The young man who was at the door named Abel called maintenance and Matt came and inflated my spare tire. I was able to get to the nearest tire store and get a new tire. I’m so thankful for all the help!
Nothing to much drama people always in your business it’s not like a business suppose to be it’s like an apartment complex in the projects crack head , prostitution,kids running around being grown Etc
The hotel does not even look like a hotel. It looks more like an apartment complex. The room was large and there is even a cozy window seat. The beds were comfy too.
WHAT I DID NOT LIKE, we didn't have air conditioning because it was broken the ceiling caved in, someone put a trash can to catch the water! and the window sills were mildewed, there was a ring around the bathtub, the bed sheets were used there was hair in the bed and the apartment stink!!
