Clean, great location, easy access to the beach, great communication, security patrolling parking lots and friendly staff on the third floor. The views are perfect with a large balcony with private access. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The facility has a great pool and the condo us overall quiet -- quiet hours are enforced. There are convenient 30 minute parking spots for loading and unloading.

Beautiful location! The entire place was so clean. Even the bathrooms coming in from the beach were always sparkling clean. It’s very well kept up. The balcony was so spacious and the view can’t be beat. Would stay here again 10/10!

clean and friendly very accommodating with our kids! we stayed In the king suite and it was perfect bc it was like a little one bedroom apartment. fridge, microwave the bedroom had a door to close off to the livingroom which we used the fold out couch for our kids.
Such a neat room! I didn't expect it to look like a little apartment! I was pleasantly surprised! Need was so comfy. Had everything there already including dishes. 100% will stay there again

From the early morning coffee to the hot breakfast buffet with a lovely table/chairs setting to dine. Lovely. Quiet. Clean. Location is perfect...across from a park for walking. I'd rather stay at Hotel Magnolia one week than two months at a condo on the beach!
