I paid for a room I didn't even get to stay in because somebody flattened all 4 of my tires. Didn't even offer a refund and couldn't see who cut my tires because their camera's don't work at all. They knew what happened because they said I was second one got their tires flat. I asked for refund and wasn't given nothing not even offered a room to replace all the money for the 4 tires and 1night I had already paid for. Manager needs to call me or something.
The location was very convenient for us. We got a flat tire on the motorcycle on our way back to MD from FL. The Harley dealer is right down the street from the hotel. So we were able to walk there and things taken care of. There is also several places to eat and a Pilot gas station right next door, so we weren't entirely stranded and were able to get what we needed for our 2 day stay while the bike was getting fixed. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The rooms are huge! I didn't realize I basically would have a full apartment! And I loved the laundry area as well. Also, I loved that there was a picnic table and a grill.
I did not enjoy during my stay. I was with kids and the place was not that clean. There was a smell from the toilet, like toilet was never deep cleaned with cleaning supplies. It should be cleaned and disinfected. I did not feel freshness in the apartment. Large towels were not provided, I needed to call staff.
The comforters did not have duvets, but flat sheets. Not sure when they were washed last time.
