Spacious rooms. There were 2 full baths that could accommodate a young family. The kitchen was nicely equipped with the essentials that you need. Full refrigerator and microwave. Stove with an oven. The deck views were very nice. Also, there was a full table to eat at.

With every step we took inside the apartment, we were pleasantly surprised by every detail. Starting with the welcome note and basket of treats, bottle of wine and wine glasses, the breakfast items in the fridge and the surprise in the freezer. Every item was thoughtfully chosen and placed. I loved all the Cape Cod and nautical decor. We enjoyed all the books and magazines showing the history of the area as well as activities, restaurants and shopping areas nearby. Everything we needed was there, and they even supplied an umbrella, shopping/beach bag and other items you might need, that you wouldn't have with you. It was also a very clean and organized apartment. The hosts were great with lots of communication, and it was easy getting the key. It was a wonderful getaway location for us!

The hotel is located across the street from Falmouth harbor. My room was really an apartment with a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and big bathroom. It was very clean. There was some traffic noise in the morning but not bad. The furniture was very comfortable. Most of the staff that I met was very nice, especially housekeeping.
I love everything about this property. I have only been in the off-season for my birthday, but I’ve gone two years in a row. I’ve gotten the same apartment each time, beautiful rooms, spacious, comfortable, the view and spa tub are perfection. I can only imagine how amazing it must be to stay in the summer with the outdoor pool and beach across the street.
Very comfortable apartment. Loved having two bathrooms. Kitchen was nice. Well equipped though a non stick frying pan would be nice. Cleanliness everywhere was a 10.
We also enjoyed the in room jacuzzi.
Our unit was super clean. We also had a studio apartment and there was everything we needed kitchen-wise. The location is also in walk-in distance to the Main Street and the Harbour, which is a huge plus.
I booked it for my husband, he stayed in the studio - it had everything he needed - he stayed for 3 nights - only the bed was not very comfortable. Front desk staff very attentive and welcoming.
We want to come back in the summer to enjoy the beaches around,
