The home is very spacious in all aspects. Each of the rooms were in fabulous conditions & each unit had its own A/C unit -- apart from the main unit in the home itself! The location is GREAT as it sits only 2 houses down from the public access to the beach. If you don't mind not having an oceanfront view or pool this spot is for you!
We had a very minor issue with the bathroom door (it wasn't unlocking as supposed to so we had to jiggle the knob) but Joel was quick to send someone over to repair the issue. It didn't take very long to get it repaired which is awesome.

We loved the view out to the ocean and the sunsets from our balcony, the quiet location, and access to the beach. It was a gated community and we felt very safe. The security staff were very friendly. The apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It also included laundry. Our vrbo hosts were so attentive and responsive.

Loved how close it was to the water. You could hear the waves crashing and see the dolphins daily. Loved the setup of the condo with the two balconies. One screened in off the living room, and one that wasn't off the master. Great for getting some sun and taking photos. We didn't realize upon arrival that there was an elevator just to the left.

The location was great, you can walk to all the restaurants and shops. The view of the waterway was amazing. There was plenty of room, and it was very clean

Apartment is adorable and so very clean. Anything you could want in included: wagon with beach supplies, toiletries, instructions, washer/dryer. It was very quiet and so close to the beach. Guest contact, Joel was super chill and helpful. Pet friendly is especially terrific.

Location to the beach was not far to walk. Pool was beautiful with the tree blooms that were blown into it by the wind. The condo was very spacious for the whole family. Felt very safe in the gated community.

Andrea was a fantastic host, communicated with us before and after stay, Condo was clean and beds very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, except a Keurig, which we take with us everywhere, not expecting there to be one. Just a short walk to the beach. Pool very nice. Thank you Andrea, for your awesomeness and being so friendly.!
