It was a decent stay. No door knob, kitchen drawer broken. Toilet seat broken. No coffee offered. A dog in the building goes to the bathroom on the carpet and walls.

The beds were really comfortable. The backyard was a nice plus. The essentials to make food at home was nice. Tv’s work and had amazon prime. Easy access to wifi but poor internet.

What we liked the best was how responsive the host was when I contacted them regarding a minor issue. They immediately showed up to correct the problem and that was appreciated. Additionally, the property was beautiful and well cared for. We had a great time since our family got to all be together and our experience was spectacular.

The apartment is very spacious, nice and clean, all of the appliances are up to date and the neighborhood is very quiet. Never had any issues throughout our stay. The same way you see the pictures are exactly how the apartment is. The size of the bedroom TV’s didn’t fit the room but my family still enjoyed the apartment and was comfortable being there whole stay. The apartment was about 40 mins to American Dream Mall, Tom’s Square N.Y. and maybe 50 mins to the Bronx Zoo.
How clean the apartment was. I was going to lay down my white clothes and I swiped the counter to make sure there was no dust and I was surprised how clean it was.
Nice apartment located in a convenient place to visit New York without staying in central, very expensive hotels. We used to drive until the free Staten island ferry (about 10 miles) to get to Manhattan. Well equipped and furnished. Recommended.
Apartment is just like on the pictures. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed.
Wifi didn't work at first but we got help from the owner 5 minutes after reporting it to them. Very helpful and nice.
It was a quaint little basement apartment. Clean and quiet. I look for places with bathtubs and this was the best tub this far. It was big enough to fit two people. Nice romantic setting, great for couples.
