This location is not on the beach, but is a nice, old, gated golf community of time-share and privately owned condominiums/homes. In the community is a golf course with pro-shop, coffee shop, mini-golf course, pool, bike rental, and several ponds for fishing. Condo stayed in had plenty of room and operating amenities.
Very cute condo, nicely decorated, and very well-appointed kitchen including dishwasher and washer/dryer. Plenty of soft fluffy bath towels/hand towels. I particularly liked all the trees and foliage surrounding the property and community. The screened in porch is very nice, too.
We really like the location of the Marshpoint condos, just off the bay, and easy beach access. The condo unit we stayed in was 2 bedroom and recently updated. Great beds, pillows, and cozy bedding. Full size kitchen, fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes glasses etc. The room was very quiet, there was a windy night and we didn't hear it at all.
The condo was wonderful! Would have loved to stay to enjoy it a lot more! Bed very comfortable! The kitchen had so much storage space which is very unusual. My PROBLEM was the amount of stairs that had to be climbed to access the unit we were told only six! If you don’t know, don’t make up a number! Disappointed!
This place was more than we expected! Value for money, cleanliness, comfortable beds and bedding, amenities, pools, bike paths friendly staff. Lots of walking paths, great beach access. Very quiet in our condo which was wonderful for our two night escape.
The accommodations were very nice. The location was excellent!!! The condo had a direct view of the water, located on Bay Point. Watching the dolphins playing and feeding each morning while enjoying our coffe from the spacious deck was very relaxing.
