The studio was small but so well equipped and laid out that it was very comfortable for a few nights. The location was exceptional for visiting Monticello, going into town and Skyline Drive. Such a pretty mountain setting but very close to town. The outdoor amenities (swings, etc.) with views were nice for relaxing after a busy day.

It was very well appointed, tastefully done with finishes and fixtures. The wine, water, breakfast, pizza, coffees, creamer all were unexpected added bonuses. Had a very personable touch and even a bonus basket in the bathroom for things might forgotten. Beautiful, convenient location! I would definitely stay again. Maybe in September.

Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Everything one needs for a short stay. I liked that there was a TV channel guide included for those who like to explore international TV while travelling. Staff were nice and helpful.
The Loft Suite (Superior Suite) was nice, albeit it had fewer beds than advertised (1 sofa bed rather than 2) which meant that I did have room for my family. Resolving this was not possible as there were no staff. The sofa bed was not made up and I was just handed some bedding to do it myself.
Every unit has a different aspect so feels like you’re on your own and able to sit on the deck and admire the rural aspect. Very roomy apartment with great facilities. Loved the washer /dryer.
House has been renovated into apartments and is like new inside. Near Monticello, right across from Michie Tavern, and only 15-20 minutes from UVA and downtown Charlottesville.
This will be my regular stop for staying in Charlottesville from now on! ADORABLE efficiency apartment for a bargain price. Totally clean and beautifully scenic. We'll be coming back for sure!
