Close to a breakfast place, a bank, CVS phamacy, parking was good, the workers [Alida and Delores, especially] were wonderful. Not far from Denny's and Red Lobster. Nice smoking area. Ppl living/stayhing in the complex were very nice!

First two weeks was very hard and hot temp in that apartment because the AC wasn’t working properly, the stuff trying to fix it for three days then it works fine after that. The door lock stuck three times and last time my wife fix it by herself because the leasing office don’t want to send maintenance guy and they keep asking me to call cozy to send their handyman! If you’re looking for rent apartment around 2200 this will be your choice but if you can afford more you can find better than this
Our wheelchair accessible room was perfect, except the weight of the door entering the room caused great difficulty in opening while seated in a wheelchair. There should be no more than 5 pounds resistance per ADA guidelines.
Well-equipped and furnished three bedroom condo that served our needs. Everything we needed was there. I especially liked the collection of coffees, teas, coffee makers, condiments, filters, etc. which meant we did not have to buy them for one day.
Staff is friendly and accommodating! Location is good right next to the Chandler Fashion Center and lots of restaurant options & freeway nearby. Surprisingly, there is not a lot of road noise from the freeway. I like the apartment style units with a full kitchen. The breakfast has a very nice variety of options including eggs, sausage and waffles Etc.
Location was nice and the apartment is spacious and with new appliances. The furniture and decor are a bit sterile and cheap but decent. Beds were comfortable but not so the couch.
The complex has great amenities, but we couldn't enjoy them (see below).
Nice apartment in a nice quiet complex. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and I found a good path to go running down to a bigger park which would have an public pool open for laps or slides in the summer months.
It's an easy place to live well for a long term stay in Phoenix.
The condo had everything needed and was well thought out, and comfortable (like home). I'm still a fan of medicine cabinets for cosmetics and toiletries and both bathrooms had them.I brought a bag of cleaning supplies (just in case the place didn't meet my standards upon entry of the condo) and I didn't need to use them.Thanks for making our stay memorable in a good way! ☺
