Very nice accommodations & great location in Incline Village. Property was very nice & spacious for the four of us. Property could use some TLC (e.g. carpet cleaning). The toughest part was being there during a heat wave and there was no AC but that is common in the area). We had a good time

The condo was very homey, great lay out, decorated nicely and was very comfortable atmosphere. Plenty of kitchen supplies, bedding was very nice and comfy. Sturdy banister in the stairwell, it was safe for elderly Inlaws.

The hotel was clean an well cared for. There was ample staff available, cleaning, 24 hours at the front desk, maintenance men busy fixing things, parking lot was fresh striped, new benches to sit on outside, a clean laundry room to wash my clothes, a small fitness studio to excercise in, an events center to rent for parties etc., a large breakfast room also to rent for meetings, great location to walk arounf the central city. Overall, a wonderful stay!!

Hotel was fabulous! Staff were kind and helpful! The room was incredible - Felt like we had a beautiful little apartment for the weekend. The free breakfast was an added surprise and the ladies in the kitchen were the BEST! We loved our stay and plan on coming back again!

the staff were pleasant and helpful, it is located within walking distance of several places to eat, parking onsite is plentiful, rooms are a nice size, nice sized flat screen TV, quiet, they have fresh coffee in the lobby in the morning. We liked Red's Old 365 Grill, Mom and Pop's Diner for breakfast and Comma Coffee had great coffee.

The location is great and near some restaurants and a Walmart. We had a Queen Studio which had a full kitchenette and fridge. It had lots of space plus a seating area. Breakfast was simple and nice but not much hot food offering but there were breads, sausage patties, eggs, oatmeal, cereals, and yogurts. Heater worked great during the blizzard and beds were comfy. Sinclair gas station right outside the property.

We went as a family of 5 and it was really good and comfortable. 2 queen size beds and a sofa. It was even better than a studio apartment that had all basic facilities like microwave oven, big fridge , dish washer , induction stove , 2 TVs , iron box. laundry facility was also available 24*7. Breakfast was decent , but they have the same items every single day.

We were upgraded to a Queen suite which was very nice and like a small 1 bedroom apartment. Free breakfast was a definite plus…provided a nice variety of food to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
