The address # was incorrect. The key pad lock #= incorrect. Thankfully a neighbour had access to phone as we had travelled from UK otherwise we would have had no accommodation. An Assistant Manager informed us, as she let us in that the Manager had provided the wrong address & keypad #. Too much frustration after a lengthy drive but thankfully the bed was very comfortable & everybody was lovely & accommodating.

It was very cozy and made our trip very enjoyable. The accomodations were great you could tell that someone put a lot of thought in setting up the apartment. We will definitely come back next year and recommend it to anyone.
The house was very clean. The decor was cute, and it had all the amenities that an apartment would have which was great (ex. Washer/dryer, microwave, oven, couches, etc.). I also liked that it wasn’t isolated; there were more than 10 cabins on the property.
It was located 15 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes from the casino, an hour from Gatlinburg, and an hour from Asheville. So there was a lot you could do or see within a reasonable distance.
Everything. The look of the rooms was so nice, clean and not too country chic. Just a comfortable place with everything that is needed. A homestyle feeling in an apartment.
The cabin was gorgeous!! Nicer than my apartment!! I absolutely LOVED this place. I will be booking this again in the future!! I cannot say enough good things about this cabin!
This was one of the most comfortable rooms! the bed and pillows were great! The rustic setting had the modern conveniences of microwave, mini fridge and flatscreen TV!
We really enjoyed our stay at this fabulous property. Everything was wonderful and just perfect - the location, peace and quiet, comfort and all the facilities the cabin had to offer. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the porch taking in the wonderful views of the Smokies as well as enjoying the hot tub. Thank you for letting us stay. We will be back!
