I'm totally in love with Luis place! It was a perfect place to stay in for our 10 days NYC trip. It gives us a space to chill down after intensive day of exploring New York. All 4 of us had a space to have a minute for ourself. Apartment is well equipped, we have everything needed. Bed were super comfortable. Bus stops just around the corner with few lines that will take you directly in the area of Time Square in 15-30 minutes, even late in the evening. Don't worry about the distance between the apartment and Manhattan, because it is truly not an issue. What is worth to mention, apartment is absolutely beautiful with all the decorations and furnitures. It is not another soulless place for tourist just to sleep in, this is the place that you want to stay in and enjoy! And what is more... from the area you will have THE BEST view for Manhattan. Totally recommend taking the walk and enjoy the view. Neighborhood is safe, with shops, bakery, restaurant around the corner. We tried Salvadorian place and bakery near by and both were really nice.
Luis was a wonderful host to us. He explained to us how to use bus ticket app, give many useful hints. Hopefully I will get back someday :)

The room was huge - like the size of a one bedroom apartment. It was clean and breakfast was charming and well stocked. Staff was very kind, like they took a personal stake in making the hotel feel comfortable.
As an aside, my birthday was the day I arrived to the hotel and my family had a surprise gift waiting for me in the room - and they recounted how helpful the hotel staff were to make the gift and surprise happen.
Kitchen staff member at breakfast was so friendly and helpful. She was helpful, easy to approach and talk to and helped my kids make waffles. The 2 bedroom apartment was great for our family size and fully equipped kitchen was great too.
the apartment was large with 2 king beds that were very comfortable. good shower. more coffee pods would have been appreciated. no cleaning service/ it would have been nice to know that beforehand.
Very close to a subway station, very convenient access to the apartment (several code locks, no key required), more or less clean sheets and everything overall. The apartment is small but designed ok.
Very spacious! Feels like a studio apartment with the kitchenette, broom closet and couch etc. They gave a goodie basket with dish soap, detergent, tissue paper and other little items that came in handy. Extra packages towels and more. The gym is good and the business center and lounge are beautiful.
Staff was friendly and attentive to requests made for extra items when needed. Renovated bathroom looked nice but small and the water wasn't very hot, barely lukewarm. Nice to have a Roku controlled flat screen HD tv though. AC blew ice cold air as expected so the room temperature was comfortable after a hot day of walking around NYC.
