Often available for short and long-term.
Hotel is dated but very clean, staff was great. Area around the hotel had some sketchy people at night and a couple of cars looked like they had been broken into in the back so park out front. They do have long term rentals available which attract a certain kind of people and we did see those people. Overall the price is great and the rooms are clean but very basic property.
Clean hotel in a good location. The staff was very helpful when we had trouble with our rental car.. it was quiet with a comfortable bed and breakfast was good.
We like that the motor inn is close enough to the city and that it includes breakfast with coffee, juice, packaged pastries and hot waffles that you make yourself. The rooms are clean and the beds were fine. It was adequate for a short stay and it met my expectations for motels at this level. They also have lots of parking.
I choose the Motel 6 for its proximity to my daughter's apartment. I can safely park my car and be at her door in 5 minutes. When our visit is over for the day, we each have our private space to go to.
I do want to give a shout out to the office staff who are always friendly and helpful.
It's your basic, older, low budget hotel. I just needed a room for one night. Given the current inflated prices for rooms in Bellingham, it was a decent option. The plumbing is old, and the hotel is a little tired overall. Given the pace of construction locally, I expect it won't be around much longer.
Again, it's more than adequate, but don't expect a luxury experience.
if we weren’t exhausted after a long day of travel we would have kept going from the looks of the place from the outside. The place is wen out, the ceiling in the bathroom of our room was falling in, there was a condom box left behind on the floor by the desk. No coffee maker in the room, none in the lobby (went down twice to look for it) and the breakfast. which at that point we skipped, was nothing more than a bowl of fruit, empty coffee and juice containers and some bread to toast.
