It was close to Penn Station and Prudential Center (~15 min. walking). Area is full of stores where you can buy everything. Communication with host is quick and easy, and Marcelo gave us some good recommendations for traveling. Appartement was clean and well equipped. I can recommend this place.

Cute downstairs apartment, we liked its proximity to Liberty Park, ferry dock for the Statue of Liberty. It's a quiet, friendly neighborhood. We liked that it had parking and appreciated the low cleaning cost for an airbnb. We were only there for 2 nights, so we didn't get to use the really nice-looking kitchen!
The apartment was great . The interior was beautiful and clean. I enjoyed the bathroom inside the first bedroom. The owners were attentive and answered in a timely manner. The area was quiet and pleasant to be around.
The location was pretty good, the park and ride was a 3 min drive away and the parking was only $3 a day if you riding on the train. It took us roughly an hour and 3 trains to get to the main New York ( time square, one trade center , etc) to do all the touristy stuff. Street parking was easy to find and there was another parking lot near by which had free overnight parking.
The hosts were very responsive, we had a few issues but they were resolved in no time which was really appreciated. The apartment itself was pretty spacious and clean!
